Thor

Made with gin and liqueur, served in a coupe glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozBlackberry liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
50 gBlueberry
48 gBlackberry
1 gMint
200 gCrushed ice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill coupe with crushed ice.
  2. Muddle 7 blackberries and 9 teaspoons of blueberries in shaker.
  3. Add 10ml lime juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 20ml blackberry liqueur and 50ml gin to shaker.
  4. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  5. Strain into coupe.
  6. Add more crushed ice and garnish with berries and mint.

About the Thor

A strong gin-based collins with a sweet berry character. The blackberry liqueur and fresh berries give it a fruity sweetness balanced by lime juice.
