Paradise Punch

Made with liqueur, served in a highball glass.

150 ml / 5 ozCoconut liqueur
25 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozLime juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozApple juice
200 ml / 6 3/4 ozEarl Grey tea
20 gLime
60 gRaspberry
450 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle raspberries and lime wedges in a pitcher.
  2. Add lime juice, Earl Grey tea, apple juice, sugar syrup, and coconut liqueur.
  3. Fill the pitcher with ice cubes.
  4. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Garnish with raspberries and lime wheels.
