Made with Cynar and wine, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCynar
45 ml / 1.5 ozAmaro Montenegro
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
90 ml / 3 ozGinger beer
1 wedgelime, as garnish)

Method

  1. Shake Cynar, Amaro Montenegro, and lime juice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
