Made with Islay single malts, liqueur and Cynar.

45 ml / 1.5 ozIslay Scotch, Bowmore Legend
15 ml / 0.5 ozCherry Liqueur, Combier Rouge
15 ml / 0.5 ozCynar
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
1 dashOrange bitters
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
