8 Amaro Sazerac

Made with amaro, liqueur and Aperol, served in a rocks glass.

5 ml / 0.25 ozAmaro Meletti
5 ml / 0.25 ozAperol
5 ml / 0.25 ozAmaro dell'Erborista, Varnelli (or Lazzaroni Amaro)
5 ml / 0.25 ozRamazzotti
5 ml / 0.25 ozCampari
5 ml / 0.25 ozAmaro Sibilla, Varnelli
5 ml / 0.25 ozCiociaro
5 ml / 0.25 ozAmaro Montenegro, or Averna
4 dashesPeychaud's bitters
1 dashOrange cream citrate, Bittermens
1 rinseHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into an old fashioned glass rinsed with Green Chartreuse.
