Ruby Dutchess

Made with champagne, cognac and Angostura bitters, served in a champagne flute.

90 ml / 3 ozChampagne
10 ml / 1/4 ozCognac
2 dashesAngostura bitters
1Sugar cube

Method

  1. Add Angostura bitters to a sugar cube and drop it into a champagne flute.
  2. Pour in cognac.
  3. Gently add chilled champagne.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
