Damiana Spritz

Made with champagne, liqueur and aromatised wine, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozDamiana liqueur
45 ml / 1.5 ozAromatised wine, Cocchi Americano
90 ml / 3 ozChampagne
2 dashesBitters, Angostura (as float)
1 sprigMint, as garnish
2blackberry (or more, as garnish)

Method

  1. Add Damiana liqueur and Cocchi Americano to a Collins glass.
  2. Top with crushed ice and Champagne.
  3. Float Angostura bitters on top.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig and blackberries.
  5. Serve with a straw.
