Corpse Reviver #3

Made with champagne and liqueur, served in a highball glass.

15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice, from 1/4 lemon
60 ml / 2 ozHerbal liqueur, Pernod
120 ml / 4 ozChampagne, to top

Method

  1. Add ice to an eight ounce highball glass.
  2. Pour in lemon juice and Pernod.
  3. Top with champagne and stir.

About the Corpse Reviver #3

A highball cocktail with herbal liqueur and champagne, brightened by lemon juice. The Pernod adds anise notes while champagne provides effervescence.
