Made with vermouth, absinthe and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozbianco vermouth, Dolin
20 ml / 0.75 ozAbsinthe, St. George
20 ml / 0.75 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
4 dashesOrange flower water
1Grapefruit peel

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a twisted grapefruit peel.
