Knickerbein Cocktail

Made with Curaçao, Maraschino and cognac.

20 ml / 0.75 ozOrange Curacao
20 ml / 0.75 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
20 ml / 0.75 ozCognac
30 ml / 1 ozWhole egg
1 pinchNutmeg, Freshly grated
1 pinchOrange peel, Freshly grated

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well to emulsify the egg.
  3. Serve in a frosted London dock glass.
  4. Dust with nutmeg and orange zest.
