Made with rum, Maraschino and Curaçao.

30 ml / 1 ozLight rum
30 ml / 1 ozMartinique rum, amber
15 ml / 0.5 ozMaraschino Liqueur
15 ml / 0.5 ozBlue Curacao
15 ml / 0.5 ozOrgeat
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with red and green cherries on a marlin pin.

About the Marlin

A sour-style cocktail with rum base, maraschino, curaçao, orgeat, and citrus juices. The ingredients give it a fruity, nutty character with a bright blue color.
