Made with rum, aromatised wine and absinthe, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozLight rum, Banks 5 Island
15 ml / 0.5 ozAromatised wine, Lillet Blanc
15 ml / 0.5 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonOrange marmalade
1 rinseAbsinthe, Kubler

Method

  1. Rinse coupe with absinthe.
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  3. Double strain into the absinthe-rinsed coupe.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
