Made with rum, liqueur and Southern Comfort, served in a shot glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozWhite rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozCoffee liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozSouthern Comfort
10 ml / 1/4 ozTriple sec
30 gKiwi

Method

  1. Pour 10 ml coffee liqueur into a shot glass.
  2. Layer 20 ml white rum, 10 ml Southern Comfort, and 10 ml Triple sec using a cocktail spoon.
  3. Garnish with a quarter of kiwi.
  4. Drink the shot and finish with the kiwi.
