Autumn Daiquiri

Made with rum and bitters, served in a coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozBarbados rum, Mount Gay Eclipse Black
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozDemerara syrup
5 ml / 0.25 ozcinnamon syrup
1 dashBitters, Angostura

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
