Bitter Mai Tai

Made with Campari, rum and Curaçao, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCampari
20 ml / 0.75 ozJamaican rum, Smith & Cross
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozOrgeat
15 ml / 0.5 ozCuraçao
1 sprigMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
