Crab Malice Cocktail

Made with Campari, rum and triple sec, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCampari
20 ml / 0.75 ozlight rum, Cuban-style)
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozTriple sec, Cointreau
30 ml / 1 ozSoda water, to top

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water.

A sour-style cocktail combining bitter Campari with Cuban rum, lime, and Triple sec for a balanced, refreshing flavor. The soda water adds a light finish.
