Blueberry Hill

Made with rum, sherry and Angostura bitters, served in a mug.

20 ml / 3/4 ozAged rum
20 ml / 3/4 ozFino sherry
2 mlAngostura bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
5 gMascarpone cheese
30 gBlueberry purée
1Lemon zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add lemon juice and blueberry purée to a shaker.
  2. Add Angostura bitters, Fino sherry, and aged rum.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a mug.
  5. Garnish with mascarpone cheese and lemon zest.

About the Blueberry Hill

A short sour cocktail with aged rum base. Blueberry purée gives it berry flavor, while mascarpone adds creaminess.
