Calabura Flip

Made with rum, bitters and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozJamaican rum, Smith & Cross
15 ml / 0.5 ozCherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
15 ml / 0.5 ozBitters, Angostura
30 ml / 1 ozDemerara syrup
1Whole egg
3 dropsBitters, Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged (as garnish)

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Double strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with whiskey barrel-aged bitters.
