Chairman's Refresher

Made with rum and liqueur, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozblended rum, Banks 5 Island
15 ml / 0.5 ozHazelnut liqueur, Frangelico
3Cucumber
60 ml / 2 ozcoconut water

Method

  1. Muddle 2 cucumber slices with the hazelnut liqueur.
  2. Add the rum and coconut water.
  3. Stir the mixture with ice.
  4. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
