Coconut Water Highball

Made with rum, served in a highball glass.

30 ml / 1 ozoverproof rum, Hamilton Demerara 151
175 ml / 6 ozcoconut water
1Orange
1 wedgePineapple

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add 1 oz of overproof rum.
  3. Top with 6 oz of coconut water.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and a pineapple wedge.
