20 ml / 0.75 ozRum, Smith & Cross
20 ml / 0.75 ozHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
20 ml / 0.75 ozOrgeat
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
1Egg white
2 dashesPeychaud's bitters

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake hard for 30 seconds.
  3. Garnish with dashes of Peychaud's bitters.
