Haji Sling

Made with bitters, liqueur and Bénédictine, served in a highball glass.

20 ml / 0.67 ozBitters, Angostura
20 ml / 0.67 ozCherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
20 ml / 0.67 ozBenedictine
20 ml / 0.67 ozLime juice
2.5Orgeat
2.5Rum, of your choice; as float
1Lime, as garnish
1Cherry, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake Angostura bitters, Cherry Heering, Bénédictine, and lime juice with ice.
  2. Strain mixture over ice in a highball glass.
  3. Float rum on top.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a cherry.

About the Haji Sling
