Method
- Add apricot jam and orange sorbet to a shaker.
- Pour in lime juice, schisandra syrup and sake.
- Add nutmeg bitters, orange bitters and vodka.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into a mug.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and dried lemon slice.
