Cuba Libre (Preparado)

Made with rum, gin and bitters, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozLight rum
15 ml / 0.5 ozGin, London Dry
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
90 ml / 3 ozcola, Coca Cola (to top)
1 wedgeLime, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake the rum, gin, lime juice, and bitters.
  2. Strain into a collins glass with cracked ice.
  3. Top with cola.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.
