Cradle of Life

Made with rum, liqueur and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

20 ml / 0.75 ozSpiced Rum
20 ml / 0.75 ozLight rum
2.25Lemon juice
2.25Lime juice
2.25Orange juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozOrgeat
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
15 ml / 0.5 ozHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse (as garnish in lime shell)

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except Chartreuse with ice.
  2. Strain into a lowball glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Add Chartreuse to an empty lime shell, ignite, and serve for guest to pour in.
