60 ml / 2 ozDemerara rum
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozDemerara syrup, 2:1
15 ml / 0.5 ozHoney syrup, 1:1
5 ml / 0.25 ozRaspberry liqueur
1 pinchCinnamon
1Lime, as garnish
1Raspberry, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass.
  3. Garnish with a raspberry speared through a lime wheel.
