Banana Hammock

Made with rum and liqueur, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozLight rum, Plantation 3 Star
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozCreme de Banane
15 ml / 0.5 ozOrgeat
5 ml / 0.25 ozoverproof rum, Plantation O.F.T.D. (as float)
1 sprigMint, as garnish
1 wedgeLime, as garnish
1 pinchNutmeg, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake light rum, lime juice, creme de banane, and orgeat with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
  3. Float overproof rum on top.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig, lime wedge, and nutmeg.
