Arrack and A Hard Place

Made with arrack, rum and triple sec.

20 ml / 0.75 ozbatavia arrack, Van Oosten
20 ml / 0.75 ozJamaican rum, Smith & Cross
20 ml / 0.75 ozTriple sec, Combier L'Original Liqueur D'Orange
20 ml / 0.75 ozAmaretto
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
2 dashesBitters, Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged (as float)

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except bitters.
  2. Strain over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with bitters float.
  4. Serve with straws.
