Ingredients: 1 oz (30 ml) batavia arrack Van Oosten; 1 oz (30 ml) Trinidad rum Scarlet Ibis; 1 oz (30 ml) lime cordial Toby Cecchini's; see link; 3 curry shaken; 1 wedge Lime as garnish

Made with arrack and rum.

Ingredients for one drink
	30 ml / 1 oz	batavia arrack, Van Oosten
	30 ml / 1 oz	Trinidad rum, Scarlet Ibis
	30 ml / 1 oz	lime cordial, Toby Cecchini's; see link
	3	curry, shaken
	1 wedge	Lime, as garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain the mixture over cracked ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
