Made with rum, liqueur and sherry, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozPineapple rum
30 ml / 1 ozPear liqueur
30 ml / 1 ozOloroso sherry
1Lemon zest
420 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add 30 ml Oloroso sherry, 30 ml pear liqueur, and 30 ml pineapple rum.
  3. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest.
