Forty-Four

Made with rum and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozCoconut rum
30 ml / 1 ozHomemade coconut oil infused rum
3 mlChocolate bitters
20 ml / 3/4 ozMarshmallow syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozQuail egg white
15Rose petals
1 gGround nutmeg
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add egg white and marshmallow syrup to shaker.
  2. Add chocolate bitters, coconut rum, and coconut oil infused rum.
  3. Dry shake without ice.
  4. Add ice and shake again.
  5. Strain into rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with rose petals and nutmeg.
