Death From Above

Made with rum, sherry and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozOverproof rum
30 ml / 1 ozDark rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozOloroso sherry
2 mlOrange bitters
1 mlAngostura bitters
5 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
1Orange zest
1Lemon zest
1Ice cube
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add a single ice cube to a rocks glass.
  2. Stir sugar syrup, Oloroso sherry, Dark rum, and Overproof rum in a mixing glass.
  3. Add Angostura bitters and Orange bitters.
  4. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir.
  5. Strain the mixture into the rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with Orange zest and Lemon zest.
