Tiki Moonshine

Made with rum, served in a shot glass.

60 ml / 2 ozWhite rum
20 gPineapple purée
5 gCinnamon sticks

Method

  1. Add pineapple purée and cinnamon stick to a distillation flask.
  2. Pour in white rum.
  3. Ignite a burner and let it burn for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the resulting cocktail into a shot glass and drink.
