Method
- Extract juice from 150g sweet potato.
- Fill hurricane glass with crushed ice.
- Combine in shaker: orange juice, sweet potato juice, coconut cream, and pimento dram.
- Add all three rums and shake without ice.
- Strain into hurricane glass.
- Garnish with orange slice and mint sprig.
