The 2070 Swizzle

Made with rum, liqueur and Angostura bitters, served in a tiki mug.

30 ml / 1 ozAged rum
30 ml / 1 ozOverproof rum
1 mlPernod
7.5 ml / 1/4 ozPimento dram
2 mlAngostura bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozHoney syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
1Orchid
1 gGround nutmeg
300 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Add lime juice, syrups, pimento dram, and both rums to a tiki mug.
  2. Add Angostura bitters, pastis, and ground nutmeg.
  3. Fill with crushed ice and swizzle well.
  4. Add more crushed ice and top with orchid.
