Made with rum, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozGold rum
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
120 gPineapple
1 gGround cinnamon
5 gCinnamon sticks
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Blend pineapple chunks with gold rum and sugar syrup.
  2. Add crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a rocks glass and add ground cinnamon.
  4. Garnish with pineapple peel and a cinnamon stick.
