Rogue

Made with rum and triple sec, served in a irish coffee glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozTriple sec

30 gPeach purée

Method

  1. Place 30 g peach purée in an Irish coffee glass.
  2. Add 40 g orange, 40 g lemon, and 20 g apple.
  3. Pour in 20 ml triple sec, 20 ml peach syrup, and 50 ml white rum.
  4. Add 2 g clove and 2 g ground cinnamon.
  5. Fill the glass with 100 ml hot black tea and stir.
  6. Garnish with a kumquat and mint sprig.

About the Rogue

This hot cocktail is a variation of grog. It uses white rum as the base and is flavored with peach syrup, citrus, and spices.
