Cream Martini with Salted Caramel

Made with Irish cream, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozIrish cream
20 ml / 3/4 ozSalted caramel syrup
30 ml / 1 ozEspresso coffee
4 gCoffee beans
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLight cream
5 gVanilla bean
1Hard candy
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour espresso, light cream, salted caramel syrup, and Irish cream into a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with coffee beans, vanilla bean, and hard candy.
