Hotel D'alsace

Made with Irish whiskey, triple sec and Bénédictine, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozIrish whiskey, Bushmill's
15 ml / 0.5 ozTriple sec, Cointreau
15 ml / 0.5 ozBenedictine
2 sprigsrosemary (one muddled), one as garnish)

Method

  1. Muddle one rosemary sprig in the cocktail glass.
  2. Add Irish whiskey, Triple sec and Bénédictine.
  3. Stir well, strain into a fresh cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with the second rosemary sprig.
