Made with rum, Port wine and bitters, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozRum, Angostura (Angostura 1919)
20 ml / 0.67 ozcinnamon syrup, Smoked
20 ml / 0.67 ozPort, Andresen Colheita 1968
1Egg yolk
5 dashesBitters, Angostura
1Nutmeg, as garnish

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
