Made with bitters and rum, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozJamaican rum, Appleton 12
30 ml / 1 ozBitters, Angostura
15 ml / 0.5 ozDemerara syrup, 1:1
5 ml / 0.25 ozBitters, Angostura orange
1Orange peel

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients together.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with expressed orange peel.
