45 ml / 1.5 ozLight rum, Cana Brava
20 ml / 0.75 ozPineapple juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozCane syrup, Petite Canne
1Dry apricot brandy, Blume Marillen
1 dashBitters, Angostura

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake well with ice.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
