Casino

Made with gin, Maraschino and bitters, served in a cocktail glass. An official cocktail of the International Bartenders Association (Unforgettables).

60 ml / 2 ozOld Tom gin
2 dashesLemon juice
2 dashesMaraschino Liqueur
2 dashesOrange bitters
1Cherry, as garnish

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
