Siren of the Tropics

Made with rum, Port wine and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozJamaican rum, Appleton
20 ml / 0.75 ozPort
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozCreme de Cacao
5 ml / 0.25 ozCreme de Banane
2 dashesBitters, Dr Adam Elmegirab's Orinoco Bitters (2-3)
1 pinchNutmeg, As garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with nutmeg.

About the Siren of the Tropics
