Made with Fernet-Branca and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

30 ml / 1 ozFernet-Branca
30 ml / 1 ozHerbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup
1Egg white
3 dashesCocoa powder
30 ml / 1 ozSoda water, approx
1 pinchCocoa powder, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except soda water over ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with cocoa powder.
