Pacha Monte Carlo

Made with vermouth and Calvados, served in a hurricane glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozCalvados
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozRed vermouth
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSugar syrup
60 gCanned peach
10 gCherry
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place half a canned peach in a blender.
  2. Add 50 ml sugar syrup, 100 ml red vermouth, and 50 ml Calvados to the blender.
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend.
  4. Pour into a Hurricane glass.
  5. Garnish with two cherries.
