Made with vermouth, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozRosé vermouth
150 ml / 5 ozApple juice
20 gApple
1 gGround cinnamon
5 gCinnamon sticks
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of rosé vermouth.
  3. Top with apple juice and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and apple slices dusted with ground cinnamon.
