Normand Tea

Made with Calvados and liqueur, served in a irish coffee glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCalvados
20 ml / 3/4 ozLight cocoa liqueur
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozEarl Grey tea
80 gApple
1 gClove
10 gCinnamon sticks

Method

  1. Place apple slice, cinnamon stick, and clove in an Irish coffee glass.
  2. Add 20 ml light cocoa liqueur and 40 ml Calvados.
  3. Fill with hot Earl Grey tea and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.
