Method
- Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and add absinthe.
- Combine Calvados, maple syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice in a shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well, stir the ice with absinthe in the glass and discard it.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
