French Kiss

Made with Calvados, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozCalvados
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
120 gApple
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle half a green apple in a shaker.
  2. Add 15 ml lemon juice, 20 ml sugar syrup, and 50 ml Calvados.
  3. Fill with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a fan of apple slices.
